MMDC-Techs's quality management system is ISO-9001 registered and MIL-PRF-55310D certified. Based on ISO-9000 and AS9100, our system includes fundamental concepts and requirements from MIL-PRF-55310, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-790 and MIL-STD-883.

All our PRODUCTS are protected during assembly, testing, and shipping with an ESD Prevention Program based on MIL-STD-1686, EIA-625 and ANSI/ESD S20.20. All test equipment is maintained on a Calibration Program built around ANSI/NCSL Z540 and ISO 10012-1.

To achive the functionality and cost effectiveness required by the military sector we have invested considerably in the development of full and semi-custom ASICs that are the heart of these PRODUCTS.

Our experienced Test Department has both the equipment and the expertise to perform screening and QCI in accordandce with MIL-PRF-55310D. In addition, MMDC-Techs can perform custom testing from MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, or to your specifcation. Through the use of certified sub-contracted laboratories, we can perform specialized testing such as Radiation Hardened, vibration, shock, moisture, salt spray, residual gas analysis, radiography, and pyrotechnic shock.
